Arizona is the perfect hub for our business. The Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show is the largest in the world. It is here that we can inspire & influence the world market. Not too far from Tucson is Bisbee, Arizona; the place where our business was established. Bisbee is a historic copper mining town. We were an integral part of the vibrant arts scene that filled its streets with fun and creative merchandise and artisans. The rich minerals are abundant there & Bisbee turquoise is some of the most prized in the world.
Arizona has been such a great base for our company, but the real story begins when you head south of the border. Thirty-six hours south from Arizona between Mexico City and Acapulco is a gem of a town called Taxco Mexico. It is ironic how many parallels Taxco and Bisbee have to one another. Both are mountain towns, both are mining towns, and both are known for their unique style and world renowned designers. Where Bisbee is known for its copper, Taxco is known for its silver.
We were privileged enough to live in Taxco for several years. It was during our time in Taxco that we forged the many relationships that continue to make HPSilver the unique provider that we are today. With our intimate knowledge of the local craftsmen, we offer jewelry designs unique in the world.
